In The Workshop
We do complete overhauls of electric motors, rewinds and repairs. We can collect from site and work on them in our workshop, returning them back to you ‘like new’.
On-Site
We can come to you and manage repairs on site where possible. We will diagnose issues and can also work in confined spaces. For larger motors this is the perfect option.
Repairs
Diagnosing the issue, stripping, repairing, cleaning and reassembling. A ‘like new’ finish.
Rewinds
Diagnosing the issue by testing the motor, internally inspect, rewinding and reassembling.
Overhauls
Diagnosing any issues and performing a full service of the motor. A complete restoration process is followed.
Gearboxes
Commercial & Indsutrial gearboxes inline, hollow bore, right angle (90 degrees), variable speed units.
Pumps
Commerical & Industrial surface mounted pumps, submersible pumps and multi-stage pumps.
Fans
Commercial & Industrial extraction fans, cooling fans, force ventilation kits/equipment.
Agriculture
Grain Dryers / Elevators / Extraction Fans / Ventilation Fans / Pump Repair / Control Equipment

Can you service my motor on-site?
Yes we can book you an appointment with our service engineer. They will come out and diagnose the issue and suggest next steps.
What is your lead time?
This varies depending on the scale of the job and what we have in the workshop. For urgent problems we can move projects around to provide a faster service if that is what you require.
How much do your services cost?
We have a very competitive pricing structure. So much so we like to be transparent from the start. On-site visits and workshop time is charged out at £40 an hour. To get an idea of how many hours your project could take we would need to assess the issue first.
